    I worked at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great people, great culture, great clients--a real top notch outfit. Ability to succeed based entirely on your ability to contribute/add value. A real meritocracy

    Cons

    Can be long hours, but what professional services firm doesn't face that issue. If clients need something tomorrow, they need it tomorrow--period. Also, the firm is pretty big.

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening--don't get so big that you lose sources of feedback.

    I have been working at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Talented senior management team and growing company reputation. Company has great future growth outlook, strong financial backing, solid expansion plan.

    Cons

    Very high turnover rate. For similar roles/level of responsibilities, pays at or below market average salary for company of simiar size - very minimal salary growth rate and career advancement opportunities. Only seniors or above are entitled to bonus. While business management is great, talent management/retention is poor. Also, no paid parking????

    Advice to Management

    It's simply much easier to find career/salary growth outside of company - step up the pay/annual increase if you want to address high turnover rate issue. May also want to look into consolidating local teams into regional teams for better career growth.
