Our client is great to work with and treats us as they would their own employees, not as a client.

Cons

While the work is always challenging and never ending the compensation does not always match the amount of work given.

    Pros

    Good benefits, work life balance part of the company culture. Constantly growing and becoming stronger.

    Cons

    Hard to move up. Moving up the ladder not really encouraged, seems like they would rather hire from outside than try to groom people to move up from within. Total disconnect between those in upper management and those who are in the engineering or facilities maintenance departments. It stinks having someone tell you how to do a job that has no experience doing your job.

    Advice to Management

    Blue collar doesn't equal stupid. Listen to the guys at the bottom sometimes. You might be surprised at what you would learn! Work on promoting the best and brightest from within. Stop looking outside the company for talent.....reward the loyal employees by giving them the tools to advance their careers.
