Poor management, zero collaborative culture in this office. Harassment overlooked often.

    Pros

    The company provided good benefits.

    Cons

in this particular office I witnessed a very high level of chauvinistic and sexist behavior from male colleagues toward female colleagues. I also felt that female colleagues were always relegated to do "admin" tasks even when they were clearly more senior level. I didn't feel comfortable working there because the attitude towards women made for an unfriendly environment. Not only that, but the completely "frat-tastic" majority led to cliques and exclusion of people who were deemed "different".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to employees at all levels.

    Pros

The name on you resume is terrific if you plan to remain in real estate. You work with smart talented people.

    Cons

There was a keep your head down and work, work, work attitude. Some really heartless managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have 360 feedback. Try to accomodate a better work/life balance.
