I worked at Jones Lang LaSalle

Pros

Jones Lang LaSalle had a great benefit package. I didn't realize it at the time but now that I'm gone I wished I still had their plan.

Cons

If you worked onsite for a client you advancement opportunity are significantly limited. Also, a lot ot times new hires will make more money than the senior analyst in the group,

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and focus more on promoting within. I left the company because there seemed few opportunites to those of us onsite with a client

Poor management, zero collaborative culture in this office. Harassment overlooked often.

    Pros

    The company provided good benefits.

    Cons

in this particular office I witnessed a very high level of chauvinistic and sexist behavior from male colleagues toward female colleagues. I also felt that female colleagues were always relegated to do "admin" tasks even when they were clearly more senior level. I didn't feel comfortable working there because the attitude towards women made for an unfriendly environment. Not only that, but the completely "frat-tastic" majority led to cliques and exclusion of people who were deemed "different".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to employees at all levels.
