JLL fair and ethical

Senior Proposal Manager (Current Employee)
Chicago, IL

ProsJLL is fair and ethical. The senior leadership truly cares about the company and the firm's employees. That is rare in this economy.

ConsSalary is not always given to those that are given promotions or that deserve a raise for their work and comittment.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook for the people that truly deserve the raises and promotions. If you want to keep good people you have to reward them for their work and committment.

    Neutral Observer

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Washington, DC

I have been working at Jones Lang LaSalle

Pros: Large firm with opportunities to change specialization. Management is sensitive to commitments… Cons: For such a large firm it is somewhat disconcerting the level of financial discipline directed towards the rank and file. Employees must negotiate everything… Advice to Senior Management: Supporting employee development, especially high-performers, must be more than lip-service. More
