“JLL fair and ethical”
Current Employee – been working at Jones Lang LaSalle
Pros – JLL is fair and ethical. The senior leadership truly cares about the company and the firm's employees. That is rare in this economy.
Cons – Salary is not always given to those that are given promotions or that deserve a raise for their work and comittment.
Advice to Senior Management – Look for the people that truly deserve the raises and promotions. If you want to keep good people you have to reward them for their work and committment.
