Current Employee – been working at Jones Lang LaSalle
Pros – Opportunity to work on challenging projects.
Ability to work independently.
Diverse workplace.
Cons – Pay is below average for expected output and workload.
Lacks a clear carreer path.
Advancement is challenging without relocation and working on multiple accounts.
Advice to Senior Management – Create a leadership training program with cross functional training and job rotation. Most managers have been confined to silos and lack understanding of overall business. Provide matrix of orginzation explaining pay ranges and band levels which is currently very unclear.
