Pros

Good benefits - even for new hires
Relatively easy to move around to other positions internally
Flexible with PTO

Cons

Lack of true Management
"Act before you think" strategy - always playing catch-up and reacting to issues rather than preventing them
Poor work-life balance
Spread too thin

Seek advice from appropriate contacts before you make important/impactful decisions
Reevaluate management and their tactics
Offer fair compensation that reflects work load and experience

    This was a challenging place to work. Management seemed to be ill-equipped to respond to account needs.

    Great benefits and comfortable work environment. Decent bonus program and tuition reimbursement.

    Poor leadership and growth opportunities. Lack of accurate feedback. Unclear expectations.

    Invest in training your management team to meet the demands of today's environment. Provide better work-life balance to employees. Stay consistent with employee requirements/yearly plan.

    Pros

    Opportunity to work on challenging projects.
    Ability to work independently.
    Diverse workplace.

    Cons

    Pay is below average for expected output and workload.
    Lacks a clear carreer path.
    Advancement is challenging without relocation and working on multiple accounts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Create a leadership training program with cross functional training and job rotation. Most managers have been confined to silos and lack understanding of overall business. Provide matrix of orginzation explaining pay ranges and band levels which is currently very unclear.
