Pros

The rank-and-file employees are great people. You can feel good about working for a non-profit health system that is filling a need for the local community. OK work/life balance, avg. pay rate, no/low commute

Cons

Management is clueless and Sr. leadership is aggressive / lie through their teeth. Good managers are often fired or forced out, bad managers and directors get praise & promotion. The physical plant is extremely delapedated, elevevators at the hospital campus get stuck often, the halls look shabby, delapedated, and dirty - if I needed to go to the ER I would drive myself to Boston before going by ambulance into that 3rd-world building.

Advice to Management

The universal perception of leadership is that you are all ill-tempered maniacs with no clear plan or direction.

    Pros

It's good to work at a hospital has many certificates like ISO and joint commission and accreditation for hospitals . Working in an organized environment is increasing the productivity of the worker to deliver the best health care services for each patients

    Cons

Shortage of the medical team was the major downside at the jordan hospital . The increasing number of the patients puts the medical team under extra load of pressure and stress to keep the same level of the healthcare services received by each patients

    Advice to Management

My advice to the management of the hospital is to increase the number of the medical team with is reflect more attention to the quality of the Healthcare services offered to the patients ..increasing the job satisfaction for the medical team .
