I have been working at Jostens full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Great company with a wonderful 115 year history! Make a ton of freinds and get to work with todays youth. Able to become a partner with schools and help facilitate positive change in the schools culture.

Cons

many new competitors that sell price. They offer poor quality and poor service but a low price.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tim Larson saved the industry with his vision. Now you need to replace him with a decent ceo and remove the entire marketing department!

I have been working at Jostens full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They treat their employees fairly well. The pay is above average. They try to do fun activities and keep employees engaged and happy.

    Cons

Not changing with the times. Most of the products are obsolete. No high school kid wants a class ring anymore, and a lot of the other products are scrapbooks, photo frames, etc. It's got a product line that was relevant 30 years ago, but no longer today. They are losing profits and laying off employees.
