This is one of the worst broadcasting companies to work for.

(Former Employee) Omaha, NE

ProsThe staff and talent are great but this is not the place you want to work at if you are experienced talent. This would be a good place for someone who is just getting started.

ConsUpper management is completely incompetant and out of touch. Staff took pay cuts a few years ago with the understanding that the cuts would only be temporary but the cuts became permanent. Still corporate can't understand why the staff is so dissatisfied.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop giving yourself big bonuses and reward the employees who have made this company successful over the years.
