I have been working at Journal Communications

Pros

The people here are really dedicated to what they do and to the communities they serve. We have excellent relationships with our customers and a high trust factor with our customers.

Cons

Overall lack of leadership and direction. No one in the business seems to know how to get us to the next level or has the confidence to do anything but follow others in the industry. Legacy media suffers from a lack of new blood at the top which keeps us from being willing to try new things and shed things that don't work any more.
