If you want to work 60-80 hours a week, make 100+ calls a day and compete with your colleagues, this is your place!

Recruiter (Former Employee)
Matawan, NJ

ProsThe people are ok but only watch out for themselves which unfortunately is through no fault of their own. Seems management doesn't really like/support colleagues talking with each other...even if it is business-related.

ConsExpected 60-80 hr work week and you're not valued unless you make 60+ calls a day. Database is a joke, employees don't really support each other's efforts with clients. If you throw enough prospects at a cient regardless of whether they are qualified or not, the philosohy is something hs got to stick. If you have any pride in the work you do, this is NOT the place for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou may have been conducting your business this way for many years, however, sooner or later you will no longer have credibility with your clients...which is why you don't have many exclusivity engagements, if any!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
