I have been working at Judson Center full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great benefits package and competitive pay. Pay next to nothing for incredible health insurance and you earn 2 hours of vacation with every paycheck. Casual dress code.

    Cons

The staff and rules can get a little bit tedious and caddy. While there is a front of professionalism, sometimes the day to day happenings can be very unprofessional.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try focusing more on what employees have to say. If they are coming to you with concerns, they are legitimate issues that they are having problems with. Don't push them aside.
