    I worked at Jump Trading

    Pros

Cutting edge technology, great benefits, good location. A good place to get your start in the high-frequency/low latency trading world.

    Cons

Becoming very corporate and bogged down. Support from above leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely secretive trading floor. Lack of upper management competence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be able to look your employees in the eye and treat them with respect. Promote from within and you will get a better environment.
