“Proud to work for a good cause but disappointed with the management structure & system”
Former Employee – worked at Junior Achievement USA
Pros – You get to be a part of helping kids learn how to be financially intelligent and responsible using fun lesson plans.
Cons – The management structure is built on the corporate model rather than typical non-profit model. Doesn't feel like a team environment.
Advice to Senior Management – Non-profit employee need to feel a sense of teamwork. Running the office as a corporate structure is not necessary.
