“Good working environment”
Current Employee – been working at Juniper Networks full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – You will be nearer to technology, will come across highly qualified employees, a good ambience to work. Of course, flexible timings is always plus.
Cons – It will be difficult job for a fresher from college to adjust with pace of peers and balance work-life.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to increase number of outings.
