    I have been working at Juniper Networks full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    I worked for more then 7 Years with Juniper networks. It used to be great place to work. for following reasons
    - good products
    - open communication
    - cared about employee
    - opportunity to learn and grow

    Cons

    not that great any more
    - loads of team politics
    - biased behavior of management against employees
    - talents are not utilized effectively
    - non qualified managers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure managers go through proper training before they start managing people

    I have been working at Juniper Networks full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Exciting technology and products are leading edge.

    Cons

    Management is poor, no work life balance. They talk about the colleague experience, however they don't walk the walk. 60 hour work weeks are common and expected. If your not in one of the "clicks" you are doomed from the start.

    They got rid of the performance review process and replaced it with Conversation day. Relative laddering is a joke. It is a rating system and the person with the most clout at the table can bump you down the latter.

    Reward your people and treat with respect
