    I have been working at Juniper Networks full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    They recognize talent and experience and leave you alone to do your best work. Lots of telecommuting opportunities. My immediate management is awesome. Financial rewards have been great.

    Cons

    Too many re-orgs, too much churn, bad feelings all around. Internal tools and systems are a mess. Morale not so good. Heavy outsourcing to India in the past few years has made everybody's job a lot harder and now we're stuck with it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep communicating. You've done that well so far. Keep focusing on software, where you have a better shot at really winning over the big guys.
