I worked at Juniper Networks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good technology to work on if you are interested in those stuff. Average benefits. Lets you work from home in most groups.

    Cons

The environment is very political. Moment few employees will gather, there will be a discussion on somebody else. The funny thing is if one of the participants walks away, he will be discussed. You feel like being in bangalore. Heavy concentration of people from one or two countries from the world. People do not have respect for co-workers. Be careful with salary negotiation. They might try to offer you the lowest in the market. If you know influential people in the groups, you will rise. I didn't like the smell of the air in the company. You feel suffocated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing new about them. They do two things a. politics b. politics.
