Compensation differences.

    Great technology and great culture. Good pay, hiring pleasant people seems to be a higher priority than other tech firms.

    Initiatives are implemented before being completely thought thru.

    Provide more decision making power to field. Consult field earlier to make sure that initiatives like programs and promotions are more complete.
