    Pros

Juniper probably still among the best places to work if you get into a good project. Depending on the project you have a good work/life balance and most people are really smart and know what they are doing.

    Cons

Nepotism is rampant in workplace. People are judged(and rewarded) by the coolness of the project they are in. if you are in a unsexy project, you have limited growth. Same people keep hopping the next cool project in the company and no accountability for the failed projects because of this. Too many acquisitions have gone down the drain. They simply don't know how to make the acquisitions work.

    Advice to Management

People should be rewarded based on their efforts and smarts not the coolness of the project they are in. Retaining your talent drain should be a higher priority than what it is now.
