Wrong top heavy leadership and politic hurt Juniper's brand

Senior Technical Lead (Current Employee) Singapore (Singapore)

ProsGood customers base, lean and mean, some good talent in PLM, visionary in Open Networking

ConsTop heavy with ex-MS clan with all talks and no actions, too many re-org, lost focus, talent attrition, layoff every year so mgt can hire crony or friendly with ex-MS, ex-MS field sales degraded brand in market, forced partners to buy demo gears, box pusher sales forces, transactional relationships, change partners every years, poor software quality, do not know how to sell to mobility market, messy internal sales ERP, & politics

Advice to Senior ManagementShed top heavy ex-MS directors / VPs / Mgr and replace with people who actually know fixed and mobile networks

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
