I worked at Juniper Networks full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Internal tools are pretty good. There are lots of information for collaboration. The campus is pretty convenient for public transportation. Free VTA passes for employee. Overall total compensation is competitive.

    Cons

Upper management can seem paralyzed when decisions are need to be made. Decisions to continue or stop investing in projects are not made early enough. This hurts not only the financials but also the morale of people who poured their heart and soul into these projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the chance and make the decision. Sitting on the fence will cause you to lose time and opportunities.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
