The company appears to be on the right track with the new CEO, though he is fighting some battles to make his direction known. Employees really seem to care about each other. Work life can be rewarding with the right manager. Company is well positioned to take on the market.

Cons

People are territorial in places. There are leaders who seem completely separated from business reality at times. Strong dichotomy between founding principles and desire for growth - need a clearly articulated corporate mission beyond the "Connect everything, empower everyone".

Advice to Senior Management

Make a definitive statement about what is important to the company to grow to 10B. Cut some dead weight, particularly in some leadership roles.
