+ #2 in the Networking Field leaves room for growth (Apple vs MS)
+ Business is expanding into new markets!
+ Management support of continued employee education
+ Professional non-micromanging environment
+ Plenty of other bright like minded people
+ Espresso machines in the break rooms.

Cons

- No real after work community (most people have families)
- Holiday parties suck (see above)
- No issues related to work, just wish the after work things were better.

Advice to Senior Management

Do what you need to do to keep us growing. But remember the things that brought us to this point creativity, dedication and a startup spirit.
