Pros

Early days not too bad, until 2002/3 times. Decent range of work, and still some adherance to the Juniper Values.

Cons

Post 2003/4 the growth of Dilbert-esqe management BS and the hiring of low talent/high politics people really hamstrung the company. No point working there now unless you enjoy backstabbing and playing office politics
