Pros

Technology is truly revolutionary and plenty of free training available. Great and successful/experienced team. Growing company in a great position to continue to grow.

Cons

High expectations but those who meet and exceed are rewarded handsomely. Despite high demands management allows employees to prioritize quality of life.

Advice to Management

Great leadership and focus on the competitive advantages. Great go to market strategy and company is well positioned to continue to grow.

    Pros

When you are noticed, there is a lot of upward mobility. The upper echelons are covered with homegrown talent. The company appears to be on the right track with the new CEO, though he is fighting some battles to make his direction known. Employees really seem to care about each other. Work life can be rewarding with the right manager. Company is well positioned to take on the market.

    Cons

People are territorial in places. There are leaders who seem completely separated from business reality at times. Strong dichotomy between founding principles and desire for growth - need a clearly articulated corporate mission beyond the "Connect everything, empower everyone".

    Advice to Management

Make a definitive statement about what is important to the company to grow to 10B. Cut some dead weight, particularly in some leadership roles.

  2. Very political job all about the numbers.
