Former Employee - Operations Manager in Sunnyvale, CA

I worked at Juniper Networks full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Great teams and products. Very good benefits. Usually met bonus goals for semi-annual awards. Individual recognition is limited in some groups, but more than adequate in others.

Cons

Management churn and poor communication flow down. Continuing move of key team members to India and China reflects on direction of strategy to move to low cost regions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stabilize product teams and stop trying to make it a "Cisco-light" in Operations.
