    Pros

Great engineers, professional procedures, good salary in the networking industry, good reputation in service provider customers

    Cons

Juniper has been struggling for increase in the networking industry in the past five years. The turnover rate of some BUs has been high. Engineers are feeling less respected with pressure on revenue.

    Advice to Management

Make one thing great before moving on to bigger goals. Make employees proud.
