    Great product set, lots of really smart people writing code.

    Cons

    Not committed to the Enterprise space. Notorious for cutting headcount every November to balance the books.

    People - mainly engineers, in my experience - who are really good at what they do

    Cons

    Management.is not necessarily helpful but can be a dead weight, even directly obstructive to getting work done
