    Pros

The compensation was above average, with lots of additional benefits like VTA passes and commuter checks.

    Cons

The internal politics were difficult to deal with, and the company is so process-heavy that it was incredibly difficult to get anything done. Constant reorganizations and changes in leadership/direction compounded the issues. If you work for a company that gets acquired by Juniper, start looking for an exit strategy.

    Advice to Management

Take a seriously look at how you handle layoffs, project cancelations, and acquisitions. Not enough communications, and employees are frequently left in the dark about the plans and/or future while things are in progress.
