I have been working at Justice Just for Girls part-time for more than a year

    Pros

close relationships with other employees, opportunity to learn about retail, opportunities to move up in the company

    Cons

random hours, sometimes too much drama, head manager can be a little power hungry

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be more understanding when stores have a bad day. we just had one and we got in so much trouble, even though we are typically a well performing store. also, please pay closer attention to the head manager and the way she is treating the other girls.

I worked at Justice Just for Girls part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good "first" job to get out there in the working world
    Very nice managers/employees
Low-volume store(not very busy like bigger retail stores)
Bright and "fun" positive attitude throughout the store
    The pay is decent

    Cons

    NO HOURS
    Cut shifts
    No hours
    No hours
Short shifts, but always on your feet
    Small store
A lot of cleaning (clean every hour, which means you organize the store top to bottom)
You have to find things to do
Push things on customers to make them buy more
"Call in shifts", which means you don't know if you work until an hour before

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire so many people. That way you don't have to send people home or cut hours.
