“Great place to learn, Exec Mgt disparity huge (pay, communication, etc) Overall Neutral”
Current Employee – been working at K12
Pros – Great work life balance, Can learn a lot and have ability to make a difference.
Cons – Executive mgt is like a private country club. One raise in last 4 years, bonus is a crap shoot every year regardless of company growth.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate you down and share the wealth.
