    Pros

It's steady office work in a physically save environment.

    Cons

Office politics, organizational inconsistencies, "old boys" network.

    Advice to Management

Find some common vision. The internal disagreements and lack of direction from senior and middle management are a problem.

    Pros

K12 has a truly creative mission and has the opportunity to do something really special. They hire very talented people and foster innovation and creativity. The atmosphere is collegiate and relazed.

    Cons

There's absolutely no training, no onboarding process, and no project management. Deadlines are unrealistic, there are too many meetings, and senior management is disengaged.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your employees. Deliver on promises - bonuses, time off around the holidays, raises.
