    Pros

    - The opportunity to modernize public education

    Cons

    - Terrible former CEO did major damage to the company - Serious problem with silos -Huge gap between exec salaries and everyone else - Lack of empowerment at all levels cripples progress

    Advice to Management

    New management needs to clear out those few top people who have been raking in the money and start communicating more frequently with the employees.

    Pros

    Nice co workers -you get an hour for lunch

    Cons

    Hours are horrible and change every three months. If you are the top 5 sales people you get to pick the hours that u want from a list that they give u. If you are in the bottom of sales you will closing shifts. Bonus are not that grate. And in the months of June to the end of september they do not let you take any vacation time. Management monitors all phone calls and everything you do on the computer.
