    Pros

    Decent benefits and paid time off

    Cons

    Horrible Training program, just push you into job with no assistance.All training done via ancient computer training and conference calls. NOT HELPFUL! Expections High for poor work environment. A lot of turnover and Corporate has no loyalty to workers, no matter how long you have been with Company, but Expect complete loyalty to them. Too many Rules about your Personal Choices, cant do any thing you want without prior permission. like buy a car! or Date someone. Very Controlling

    Remember we are people and NOT perfect. Training should be within each branch and by local Training person to person NOT muckty stuck up corporate who never has done the job day to day!! (WINTER) Can't expect no mistakes when the Training is very lacking.
