ProsThe benefits are good. There seems to be issues with management with communication and fairness within the team. Favoritism among the team.

ConsYou're on call 24/7. Issues with service and sales with communication and delivery. There were times product was in demand and wasn't available or made available to the customer.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease listen to the concerns your team has and be proactive about it.
