“The Managing Partners are cheap, they'd rather give a title change than a raise.”

Pros – Stepping stone to a better agency like Ruder Finn or Hill & Knowlton
Cons – Benefits and salaries on the low end of competitive — no chance for advancement to senior management as the senior management does not trust it's employees to grow with the company. As a result employee turnover is high.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay better — enable promotion from within instead of outside.
