    Pros

Its a great company to work for. Yum! owns several brands, but KFC is at a turning point. They try hard to appeal to different markets and do so well.

    Cons

Its a company that trys to appeal to all markets and relies heavily on their staff to do so.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees for a change and not your customers. Your employees are the first ones to know if the store needs attenetion or not. If you have an unhappy employee then you are going to have a very poor experience for your customers. There's a reason your customers receive a poor experience. Listen and you might find out why.
