Pros

Great documentation process, great senior guidance, deadlines are never unrealistic. Work-life balance is one of the best perks. Never had trouble getting time for personal reasons. Getting management to approve training was never a problem.

Cons

Very hard to establish yourself. Too large of a company to get recognition that will allow you to grow.

    Work with top talent in their fields. Cutting edge technologies. Very challenging programming assignments.

    Cons

    Low production volumes result in cyclic hiring.

    Advice to Management

    Minimize cyclic reductions in personnel.

    cool technology, high performance people. 30+ years experience in industry.
    Good education for employee's development.

    Cons

    aggressive schedule, same as most of bay area company.
    bad work-life balance for some team.

    Advice to Management

    Limit the power of management, encourage employee's development and promote/reward innovation. Bring the company's culture to real reward system, reduce the middle level management, reduce the wasting resource meetings (too many managers, too many meetings).
