    Pros

    The company put a lot of effort on people development through training and very strong on information flow with strong support from several data base.

    Cons

    The downside of top management many time was side tracked/deviated and neglected certain department that ultimately is the bread winner of the company in long term, such as the service department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better concentration or attention and full support must provided to all employees in service department. Customer relationship is another important area whereby the top management should be emphasized to enhance customer relationship and to promote customer loyalty.
