Pros – Benefits. Still a Big Four unfortunately for many of us

Cons – Dont bring ethic issues up or they'll fire you, they have no values. Managers ridicule employees.
Management highly immatured and unpolished. It took approx 8 years for mgmt to get there but they expect that you get it in 3 months, even if you strech yourself, they will lie on your performance eval and your career will be out the door. Make sure you act dumb, that way they will keep you for years. Mgmt is insecured and in most cases uneducated. Say NO to them.

Advice to Senior Management – What a destructive management, please dont destroy people's career, you have no right to. Shame on your performance evaluation system. Thanks to that as many intelligent and smart people are out the door in this tough economy and not finding a job. Arent your immature middle managers enough to make life hell for employees?
