“Demanding environment with rewards”
I have been working at KPMG full-time
Pros – Working with good people doing interesting work that is usually appropriate to your level. The High Performance Culture makes it such that you can't be a habitual underperformer and stick around. Tools aren't usually top of the line but are good. Still part of the big 4 but people and partners seem nice and genuine.
Cons – Very demanding environment in what is a very lean organization. Hard to achieve any work life balance at any level of the organization. New office layouts are terrible.
Advice to Senior Management – Too many competing and contradictory priorities.
