Advice to Senior Management

Work on communication skills with staff. There are a lot of very unhappy workers here which explains the high turnover even during a recession. The office environment is very sterile and beyond corporate. Common courtesies are not show between partners and staff. There is no exchange of pleasantries and common decencies. Support staff are treated as if they are lesser than, until they are needed to book travel or arrange a meeting, etc.
