Pros

Mobility, and great resume booster. "Big 4" Experience and exposure to several things that will eventually set you up for a higher paying industry job in the future. You will eventually get a broad and good understanding of the industries you work in, and you will set yourself up for a great start to your career.

Cons

Though it is subjective, not all management is understanding and some are a little bit condescending. The culture was mixed; some people are very easy to work with; some were very hard to work with. From my experiences, I did not find the culture as one I could work with; however, there are several great people to work with.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay attention to the way some of the managers and seniors are acting toward their subordinates and other staff. Though some engagements and employees are very helpful, there were several other ones that were not helpful at all, which does not make a good experience for a first year staff.
