“Great experience but long hours”
I have been working at KPMG
Pros – -Lots of opportunities for leadership roles early in your career
-Work with other young motivated people
-Learn a great deal about businesses in a variety of industries
-Experience is very marketable to have on your resume
Cons – -Hours can be long and unpredictable
-Relatively high stress
-Very frequent traveling
-Work at the staff level can get boring
Advice to Senior Management – Divide traveling engagements more equitably, when possible, so that some associates aren't out of town most of the time while others aren't.
