Pros

You really can control elements of your career progression here toward personal goals (industries, technical skills, etc), and you can have some life outside of work, but you have to actively take steps to do so. If you don't speak up, propose ideas, make (and leverage) connections, and are unhappy, it's your own fault.

Cons

Not unique to KPMG but the hours are bad. This job is all-consuming, and there's a culture that you can work anywhere anytime - it can be good when you need flexibility but it can also make it hard to leave work at work.

    Pros

Per Diem is great because you never actually use the whole 50-170 a day for food Traveling is great because you get to go to so many different places and experience so many different things Networking

    Cons

Paying rent for somewhere you never are is a downfall...but that just lets me know for a full time position just to stay further out of the city and pay less for rent

    Advice to Management

I believe overall management does an excellent job...the only advice I could give was that management needs to make sure the intern is constantly working on something and learning new things
