    I worked at KPMG US

    Pros

It is a good start as your first job. KPMG has its own working system and methodology. You will learn basic accounting and audit knowledge in short time. This gives you a solid base to further development.

    Cons

Sometimes it is very difficult to balance life and work. You need to work overtime frequently, especially in peak season.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You will have some training related with leadership when you get promotion. But I think it depends on you or each individual.
