    Pros

Awesome place to work because there's just a great sense of "we're all in it together".
They spend a LOT of money training you and have no problem with the investment.
There's always plenty of work to do, lots of chances to "prove" yourself and advance as far and as quickly as you can.
I am tremendously proud to say that I work for KPMG.

    Cons

We work a lot of hours... but who doesn't anymore?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

estars is the worst program in the world and should be illegal.

    Pros

Good vacation, reasonably flexible hours. Good resume builder. Most partners do genuinely care about your career. At least you're not in internal audit...

    Cons

Long hours during busy season and seemingly low pay. Work is tedious and boring. Difference between highest performers and average performers is usually less than $2k/year. Can feel like you are learning absolutely nothing for months on end. Interns get overtime and do basically the same work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of eAudit.
