    Pros

Great vacation benefits and offer a Pension plan.

    Cons

Issues with their hiring selection and their an-equated promotion policies. Also very slow through the interviewing process sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a better job of compensating employees who are exceeding above expectations. So you don't loose quality workers.

I have been working at KPMG US full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Challenging work. Very flexible. Great people.

    Cons

Sometimes the work is overwhelming. Sometimes the client work can be so boring it makes you feel like you're actually getting dumber. The firm also seems to be trying to outsource to India quite a bit, so who knows what the future here will be like.
