    Right culture, strong senior management. Old timer partners are the cornerstone

    Cons

    Needs to get rid of underperforming partners
    Need to realize that not everyone is a sales person
    Need to value business partners as well as technical partners

    Keep you best talent. That is the only way you can grow business and balance risk.
